Modes Of Payment
All room charges must be paid in credit card or cash. For credit card, an imprint will be required upon checking in. A pre-approved code for an amount equivalent to the number of nights booked will be obtained. Payment by cash is also accepted to cover the number of nights booked. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Absent Members
Absent Members have to activate their membership by completing the prescribed form upon checking-in at the Reception. Absent Members are entitled to make use of the Club for a maximum of four weeks in aggregate in any calendar year, upon payment of a daily fee of S$5.00.

Reciprocal Club Members
Reciprocal Club Members must produce a valid letter of introduction from their respective club upon checking -in.

Visiting Members
Visiting Members can collect their Visiting Membership cards upon checking-in at the Reception.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made in writing and sent via fax or email. Cancellation made by phone must be followed by an email or fax. A cancellation number must be obtained as proof of cancellation.

Cancellation Charges
1. Members need to give at least 48 hours advance notice of cancellation failing which one night’s room charge will be levied.
2. For shortening of stay, members need to give at least 48 hours advance notice failing which one night’s room charge will be levied.
3. No refund of room charge will be granted for cancellations received on or after the check-in date.
4. Maximum stay of up to 14 days only will be allowed. Request for extension of stay must be made during the period of the members’ stay. 5. A two weeks’ room deposit will be collected prior to confirming long staying accommodation.

Check-in time is at 2 pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon.
The policy of reserving room numbers will be discontinued. Requests for pool view or non- pool view rooms may be made, subject to availability.
