Massage is a therapeutic form of 'touch communication' that restores the body's natural balance. Depending on the type of massage, it can reduce your heart rate and lower blood pressure, boost blood circulation and increase lymph flow. In sports, it relieves aching muscles and improves your range of motion. As a mood enhancer, massage releases endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, to alleviate anxiety and stress. Five Elements Cleansing and Purifying Ritual
Of Tibetan and Traidtional Chinese medicine origins, this treatment promotes the well-being of body, mind and spirit according to the five elements of earth, water, fire, wood and metal. Your body is cleansed before the massage. A blend of warm Tibetan oil and healing clay fortified with lotus blossoms and ginseng promote the elimination of body toxins.

We are open from:
Mondays to Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10am to 8pm
Thursdays: 10am to 9pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: 10am to 8pm

If this is your first visit...
We need you to fill up a simple consultation form, so please arrive 10 minutes before you appointment time.

Appointments
To ensure that you enjoy your preferred time slot or therapist, you are advised to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may have to wait until there is an available slot for your treatment.

Arriving at the spa
To ensure an unhurried experience, do arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival appointments may be shortened and will not receive an extension of treatment time. Packages and signature treatments indicate treatment times only.

Cancellation policy
Do call and let us know within 24 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be imposed if you fail to inform us within six hours of your scheduled appointment. We may have to charge you the full cost of the treatment should you miss your appointment without giving us advance notice.

Tips
It is not required to tip the therapist. However, we welcome a simple acknowledgement in the feedback form.

Age limit
The minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years, except at our manicure and pedicure stations where there is no age limit.

Spa etiquette
Our spa is a tranquil sanctuary, providing an escape from the busy world. Please switch off all electronic devices before entering the spa.
